Monday is a day of rest. Winter season: open from December 19, 2026 to March 28, 2027.

Daily changing slow food menu, Saturday Walser farmers buffet. Culinary mountain adventure served in 10 courses. Reservation required.

Our organic restaurant was awarded the Green Gault Millau Cap in 2024 as the first restaurant in Austria. Jeremias, your culinary mountain guide, cap chef, and certified sommelier, will discuss your preferences and dislikes regarding food and drinks during the apéritif. Afterwards, he will take you on a customized "Culinary Mountain Adventure".
